Changes

  • Removed the placeholder page content/40.join/4040.subscribe-news/, which created the entry in the Join OMA menu.

  • Removed the placeholder page content/80.about/8080.join-news/, which created the entry in the About menu.

  • The Media menu entry (content/60.media/6040.subscription/) is unchanged.

The subscription page still lives at https://openmobilealliance.org/about/subscription.
The existing redirects in nuxt.config.ts still send the old URLs /join/subscribe-news and /about/join-news to that page, so old links keep working.
The footer link and in-page links to the subscription page are unchanged.

@gocadimic, I would like to see how this change looks in preproduction. It is difficult to visualize without running the server locally, but we still need to show it to the members. We should merge this PR first on the PreProduction website and present it to StratCom. If they agree, we will apply the same branch/PR to production.
Let me know if you have any questions. The instructions to run the changes in the PreProduction server are available in the README file

@gocadimic, I believe the subscription page should move under Media, https://openmobilealliance.org/about/subscription.
We will ask @FroudeDescartes to apply the changes.
