Risk Driver IDs

The risk models use the risk drivers generated by the data collectors, the way to identify the risk drivers is using its ID. RISCOSS platform adds some information to the risk driver ID when it is read, so the modelers needs to follow the next instructions to refer the risk drivers in the risk models.
