This version is URDME Version 1.5. For a complete documentation, refer to the manual under doc/ or available via arXiv.
Chiefly, novelties in this version include
- The format of the URDME structure has been updated.
- Minor improvements to the solvers have been made. Models with time dependent data are now supported.
- Analytical Jacobians with respect to the state variables can now be constructed.
- The workflow DLCM, for modeling of populations of cells, has been completely revised and now constitutes a specific solver for cell population models. Please refer to the README available within the workflow's directory.
