Summary

avoid manually persisting ResumenPago and instead reload the trigger-generated summary after saving reservas
accept non-UUID identifiers for clientes y tipos de habitación and reuse them during availability validation
provide a fallback total in the reserva response when the summary is not yet attached

Testing

mvn -DskipTests package (fails: Maven Central returns HTTP 403 when downloading the Spring Boot parent POM)
