All Subsystem Classes have been added including Climber, Hood, Intake, and an update to Shooter. Their IO and IOSparkMax classes have been filled out. Implantation in the subsystem classes themselves needs to be completed
Shooter Pivot is controlled by a singular motor not two left and right motors
The only motor in the Hood Subsystem is the Pivot motor, the Hood Rollers are controlled by the shooter feeder/indexer motor
change HoodIOSparkMax motor from hoodSparkMax to hoodPivotSparkMax so it fits the naming scheme with the rest of the IOSparkMax motors
