A user can have up to 3 Checkmarks + a checkmark for email verified
An email checkmark is automatic once the user verifies it.
the other 3 checkmarks you can use as you want, the main propose is to put symbols on the user's name, you can add symbols on premium users or oficial users, etc.
but all the rules for the checkmarks are open, you are free to create them. you can add custom checkmarks on the user manager. also you can custom the icons (HTML) on the customizeUser plugin.
