Changelog:

• The stop button only requires 1 press instead of being held down now.
• Fixed the issue with clicking crashing the program by entirely changing how you input locations. Now, it utilizes pop-up windows, which provides better visual feedback.
• Removed the input for the color confirm button as I realized you could just press enter
• Added a toolbar with Instructions, an About, and a Preferences menu
• Refactoring to reduce the grabbed canvas corners from 3 to 2
• You can now continue from your last used color if you stopped the program mid-paint
