6. Social Media Strategy
To allow our open source learning tool to reach as many people as possible we have put an emphasis on our outreach and online presence. From the start of our project's development and during our 3 milestone releases we kept our followers up to date with the latest Signapse news. We reach out using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and even some posts on Reddit.
Our project has been featured on multiple tech journals including Hackster.io, Channel 969 and Hackaday.
Our viral TikTok debut reached almost 30,000 views. This video gained interest and raised interesting questions and feature requests which pushed our project in the correct direction. We have been successful in building an organic following on TikTok of over 750 potential end-users.
Thanks to this social media effort, our project impressively features in the top 5 results of a "Signapse" Google search.
