The Workbench app is installed from its own lockfile in CI (.github/workflows/ci.yml runs npm ci with working-directory: apps/workbench, and the platform script uses npm --prefix apps/workbench ci), but apps/workbench/package-lock.json still pins node_modules/hono to 4.12.22. Updating only this root lock entry means those per-app installs continue to use the old Hono version behind the Workbench MCP SDK/SSE paths, so this dependency bump does not actually take effect for the app unless the Workbench lockfile is refreshed as well.
