Entering in Manual Roster

You'll still need to fill out the region in section A of the settings sheet

Navigate to the memberList sheet

DELETE THE FORMULA in cell A3

Do NOT delete the row itself, just the contents of the cell https://bruk.org/wow/images/man3.png

Enter in your rosters realm and character names into the sheet.

You can manually assign Guild rank as well, but you don't have to! You can use the rank column as an alternative way of sorting your sheet.

For example: If you want Main characters to be "first" set them as a low number, and set Alts as higher numbers This will allow the 'Rank' sort to sort the characters the way you choose

Since auto-roster can cause shifts in the output of the guild, manual mode also allows you to make use of the 'main spec' column. This is handy for guilds who have players who log out in specs that aren't their main role (ie: healers who log out as dps)

Filling out this column will make the MainSpec option appear in the drop down

Similarly to rank, you can also fill this column out anyway you choose, you are not restricted to the dropdown methods.

Unhide the hideables!

Since you may have assigned some stuff to Rank and/or MainSpec column that you may want to see it on your Master Sheet

This can be achieved by unhiding hidden columns, by clicking these arrows:

Re-hide things!

You'll see there's now a lot of extra columns, and you'll certainly want to hide some of them.. so right click on the ones you don't want and re-hide them
