Updates
After adding the DRAGEN VCF, the array of VCFs passed to PlotSVCountsPerSample in FilterBatchSites was not updated so the Wham SV counts were not getting plotted. This PR updates FilterBatchSites to pass all 6 possible VCFs to PlotSVCountsPerSample.
