Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Need to support other NoSQL database, like AWS Keyspace, ScyllaDB, MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB, S etc

Proposed Solution
Implement plugin model similar as SQL plugin, to allow customize persistence layer implemented by database that is not supporting SQL.

Once this is merged, we can start working on NoSQL support.
Though we still need two refactoring: 1) Refactoring schema tool to support NoSQL 2) Refactoring integ test to support NoSQL.
