### get_semantic_model_ai_metadata.py

Read semantic model AI instructions and AI schema from a Fabric semantic model
definition. This is the service-definition roundtrip path for metadata managed
through Tabular Editor or the VS Code extension.

The script reads friendly Copilot files and culture `linguisticMetadata`,
preferring friendly files when both are present.
