Apporx selection ‐ Design Document

1. Run TASTI engine to get proxy score for each blob.
2. Use square root proxy score as weight and do sampling.
3. Retrieve satisfied rows and all rows.
4. Calculate importance threshold, the length of sampling set is equal to the the number of rows in result table plus the number of blobs that don't have inference result.
