Reorganized the CDT (Configuration Data Table) binary update documentation to improve readability and usability: - Added overview section explaining CDT purpose and usage - Restructured content with clear hierarchical sections - Separated steps into numbered subsections for better navigation - Added specific examples for each reference kit (Vision, Industrial, Core) - Included example workflow with complete command sequence - Enhanced code blocks with proper RST formatting - Added important note about hardware matching requirements Signed-off-by: vrokad <vrokad@qti.qualcomm.com>
