<arc> draws an arc within a <graphics> or a <shape>.

x	Horizontal position of the center
y	Vertical position of the center
radius	Circle radius
startAngle	Starting angle (rads)
endAngle	Endind angle (rads)
anticlockwise	Whether the arc should be drawn clockwise (false, by default), or anticlockwise (true)
segments	Number of arc segments; default is 40
