I thought the dependency on the .NET Framework was kinda silly given that this tool is meant to help install .NET Framework, albeit a different version. I rewrote it in C++ so that anyone using an x64 machine can install .NET Framework 3.5 without having the .NET Framework installed. Not sure why this would ever be a scenario but if it is, I've got you covered :)
