Integration of gene-based test

Solving issue #71

  • Integration of VCF file and BGEN file for the gene-based test workflow
  • Added tests for BGEN
  • Added tests for VCF
  • Added module test for VCF
  • Integrated additional example files from regenie pipeline
  • Remove support for direct input of plink files bim,bed,fam into the gene-based tests
  • Adding the documentation
