How we handle TODOs

This page includes the links to pages that shows the TODOs that we want to close before the end of March 2021. When we add TODO, we please follow the steps below

How to register TODO

1. Register the issue to the appropriate repository.
2. Register the issue ot milestone "TODO 2020".

How to close TODO

1. Make modification to the repository
2. Make a pull request, with title "Close #xxx"

Then, when the pull request is closed, the issue is also closed automatically.

Maybe sometimes difficult, but we will try to register all the tasks we've worked on as issues, so that we can track what we've done later.
