- Fully intimidated cops are no longer immortal forever
- Fully intimidated cops now loose their immortality after 5-30 seconds depending on user's choice, that can be tweaked in IDC's mod options
- Melee insta-kill option removed
- Immortality duration option added
- Mortal highlight option added (keeps blue highlight after immortality effect is removed from the enemy)
- Updated localization files (only for languages i can translate)
Personal note: versions older then 1.7 are considered a cheat (at least to me), because keeping a bunch of tied down immortal cops for perk/skill bonuses or easier game completions is cheating. Now this mod just removes frustration that other players could cause, without providing any gameplay advantages.

Re-wrote core file.
- From now on only enemies that were dominated first can be insta-killed or loose their immortality effect. Should prevent issues with friendly units and completely future-proof this mod
- Fixed an issue where CopDamage:damage_melee function would be activated twice when damaging immortal cops - now works via a pre-hook, that adjusts all the needed info prior to the function's start
- Removed menucallback function that was never used
