Re-wrote core file.
- From now on only enemies that were dominated first can be insta-killed or loose their immortality effect. Should prevent issues with friendly units and completely future-proof this mod
- Fixed an issue where CopDamage:damage_melee function would be activated twice when damaging immortal cops - now works via a pre-hook, that adjusts all the needed info prior to the function's start
- Removed menucallback function that was never used
