Updated all Go module dependencies to their latest versions.

• go get -u ./... + go mod tidy
• Build passes (go build ./... clean)
• Supersedes dependabot PRs deps: bump github.com/charmbracelet/bubbles from 0.18.0 to 0.21.0 #4, deps: bump github.com/charmbracelet/glamour from 0.9.1 to 0.10.0 #8, deps: bump github.com/hashicorp/hcl/v2 from 2.20.1 to 2.24.0 #10, deps: bump github.com/zclconf/go-cty from 1.14.4 to 1.17.0 #14, deps: bump github.com/charmbracelet/bubbletea from 1.3.4 to 1.3.10 #16 (all had merge conflicts)

Once merged, those 5 PRs can be closed.
