Rework dulcimer music yet again

This edit splits what was dulcimer-tabs-d into dulcimer-tabs-dad
and dulcimer-tabs-dgd, containing just 'D' tunes and just 'G' tunes
respectively. dulcimer-tabs-a remains, for the time being.
