Version 1.1

Workflow has been updated for additions to the MTBLS520 dataset (assay and study files). The computational workflow can now run in both "positive" and "negative" mode.

First official release

This is the first official release of the code used in the publication "Computational workflow to study the seasonal variation of secondary metabolites in nine different bryophytes" and to reproduce the dataset MTBLS520.
