EASY_DATE was not detected (anymore) Also using UTC date getters everywhere for consistency.

EASY_DATE was not detected (anymore)
I have tested, it fixes jesus2099/konami-command#850
Test: Edit an artist, remove birth date completely, paste artist WD URL
Also use UTC date getters everywhere for consistency.
