This release takes in some minor changes to allow it to build successfully under Mac OSX and libboost 1.66+; specifically cherry-picks that were integrated into Litecoin, from the Bitcoin repo, namely bitcoin/bitcoin@1ec0c0a .

NOTE BUG FOUND! March 14 2018: -- It's been brought to my attention that the libboost_system-mt.dylib isn't properly included in the .dmg here so this won't run unless you have boost installed. I'm working on a new release/package that has them included that should run on everyone's machine.
