Welcome to the PvSTATEM wiki!

This wiki contains our current domain knowledge of multiplex assay and other surrounding topics. Its primary purpose is, to sum up and exchange gathered information between developers of the PvSTATEM package as well as to ensure alignment between developers and researchers. It might be the case that we, the developers, do not fully understand the process that starts with obtaining samples and ends with results. There are a lot of steps in between, many of which are unlogical for people with no prior experience of working in a laboratory. With this wiki, we want to narrow the gap in our knowledge.
