* Add QC check and report for ClinGen labels

* Update qc-clingen.sparql

* update formatting

make some changes to kickoff the qc checks again since logs expired

* Update qc-clingen.sparql

Fix bug in SPARQL query

* remove clingen label when more than one per class

this is an interim fix to confirm the sparql query is working as expected until we receive updates on which synonym is the clingen preferred label
