Tweaked the lighting model a little bit. The lighting now better supports HDR, and also accounts for colored lights more correctly than before. The old legacy toon lighting model is still available as an option.

The new lighting model uses an "Exposure" slider to dictate how much of the world's lights are taken into account. If set to 0, only the light probes will be used.

Also added an experimental "PBR" option which samples light probes from the normal direction, instead.
