With this change we allow the user to have networks configured in the configuration file but not enabled. I upload right now the change to the migration script to see if we can include it in the merge request that we have pending in the upstream.

I have slightly modified this change:

  • By default networks are enabled (so we don't have to deal with configuration changes nor do we have to create a migration script).
  • If there are no networks enabled the daemon starts anyway. This allows you to use ZeroTier as a central without the need to join any network.
