Just a refactoring how is code coverage report printed:

Add some CSS styles to reduce size of the generated HTML files. Saves around 17% of the HTML report size.
Dont print new-lines from the code
Fix printing one beyond last text buffer character (puts non ASCII rubbish into the HTML)
Bunch of newlines to make the HTML better readable by human eye.
