Butterfly Registrator 1.0 Release Notes

Butterfly Registrator 1.0 is its first public release with major updates from 0.1.
This release was tested on Python 3.6.

Improved support for high pixel density screens (4K monitors, Retina displays) and text scaling.
Alphascale converter and merger.
Undo/redo buttons for control points.
Export/import to CSV control points and other registration metadata.
Registered preview has sliding overlay with 33% and 66% opacity to make it easier to inspect the registered image with the reference.
Refactored codebase with docstring documentation.
