Description:
finally make this thing work as it hasn't since V19

after an interface changes "DHCP renew or other"
successfully reload with new interface alterations

CI is failing. We expect lower case hash value.

Thanks I have changed it
but now know my build system is not checking it
so I can't be sure it passes

I'm not sure what this means
if it's about the build system
I erased everything
update and downloaded feeds
change date & version only NOT Hash
then compiled
it downloads new file into dl & compiles ok with out errors at all
I could not get it to fail :(

I said that you should change only the value from 3 into 1. Dont reinvent a wheel, dude.
