Dataset Collections

Introduction

Following on from the discussion of the proposed Dataset Collections in the AGG User Group, this issue specifies the initial implementation, which will be needed to help the users navigate the datasets on AGG as these increase in number.
Earlier discussion of this proposal is recorded in #302.

Sub-issues are being split out of this head issue progressively to track the implementation of the parts of the Dataset Collections.

• Display crop names as tabs in the Dataset Explorer #467

• Selection of a crop name tab will display the next level of tabs #468

Later addition of Category

The design will keep in view that it is likely that another dataset metadata field : Category - e.g. user story1, will be added later.
