  • Manually check metadata for glaring omissions

    • only accept PR if a contact email is provided

  • Add contact email(s) for team to

    • the email contact list spreadsheet
    • the GoogleGroup

  • Assign team a COVID Forecast Hub contact

  • Add team to the list of teams on the README

  • Send team an email introduction, letting them know to contact them if they have questions.

    • If they did not provide a LICENSE, request that they do.
