Smart, Healthy Communities Initiative

The Smart, Healthy Communities Initiative is based out of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and involves partnerships with campus units such as the Siebel Center for Design (UIUC) and the Center for Social and Behavioral Sciences (UIUC). The objective of this initiative is to create environments that stimulate innovation in smart technology with the goals of making society safer, fostering better decision making, and increasing wellness.
