Auto scan plist for missing or extra settings quirks
When run, OC-tool will compare the INPUT config.plist with the Sample.plist (or SampleCustom.plist if the -C option is used)
If any missing/extra fields are found it will give a notification
If OC-tool is run will the -t option for the TUI (Text based User Interface) it will first show a selection screen where the missing and extra fields can be enabled or disabled
Pressing g will apply the changes and go to the TUI screen allowing edits to be made
