Hi! I revised a lot of the kana characters that I thought had clarity issues or simply looked bad. I decided to actually learn how to use FontForge this time, so I was able to submit this in a proper PR instead of an issue.
I also swapped around U+304d/e and U+305b/c because the wrong one was replaced in issue #132.
This shows all of the characters I changed:
