Since ParseModifications method no longer accepts sequences with ambiguous mods MzLib PR#939 breaks some of the tests for that method built into MetaDraw. That test gets fixed in this PR. Additionally, the logic for writing multiple ambiguous mods on a sequence position gets removed to only address one mod per position.
