How to perform match between runs (MBR) with spectrum similarity validation

Spectrum similarity can be added as an additional feature to match between runs in the search task. This is done by selecting the following three features as shown in the image below:

  • LFQ+MBR Analysis: FlashLFQ quantification with enhanced match between runs
  • Match between runs
  • Write spectral library
