About the PR

New PR because git is a torture device

Added directional fans to the evac shuttle so it doesn't space itself when it docks
Added buttons to department front desks to open the doors, making secretaries viable
Moved vents and scrubbers from underneath furniture/lockers/vending machines/etc to visible positions
Fixed some off colour decals around security
Made north solars and south solars identical
Removed 100% trash spawners
Some more little scenes and decorations in departments

Why / Balance

evac shuttle was unusable, fixed now + cosmetic stuff to make station nicer
