Altitude Controller

Utilised in altitude hold mode, this controller generates an error whenever the target altitude is not met.

Important Values:

Altitude Kp: The target vertical speed for every meter of altitude error

Altitude Min/Max Out: The maximum climb/descent rate targets that will be generated by this block

With the default Kp of 0.1, the altitude block will generate a target vertical speed of 1m/s for every 10 meters of error
