test script skips the Storybook project's Playwright requirement check.
npm test now runs vitest run across both projects. The storybook project needs Playwright Chromium binaries. A fresh checkout without npx playwright install chromium fails. The nightly script also calls npm run test -- -u, which now includes the browser project. Consider pointing test at --project=unit, or keep it as is and document the browser prerequisite.

Assert link destinations, not only link count.
The tour card has url: '', but this assertion still passes because six links render. Check each card’s expected destination or action so the test does not accept a card with an empty destination.

The resolve.alias entry is not a regex alias.
Vite treats an object-form alias key as a literal string. The key '^(\\.{1,2}/.*)\\.js$' never matches an import. The alias does nothing. Use the array form with a RegExp find, or remove the entry.

I checked the dead-code claim against the CRD: the route is / with exact: true, and nothing uses PermissionContext, NotificationsProvider or the 404/Maintenance/Logout routes. One live call went with them; see inline.

This one isn't dead code: updateDocumentTitle('Hybrid Cloud Console Home') sets the browser tab title on the landing page, and its removal isn't mentioned in the description. Please restore it (in AppEntry or Landing), and the title should go through react-intl in #927 too.

Good catch on updateDocumentTitle — restored in the amended commit; the title goes through react-intl in #927 as suggested.

…against the PR 1 test net This app is mounted by chrome at exactly `/` (CRD: app `landing`, module `./RootApp`, route `/` exact). Chrome owns routing: any location change away from `/` stops matching chrome's route for this app and unmounts it. Everything removed here is unreachable or unconsumed — each class of deadness verified against the Storybook interaction-test baseline landed in the previous PR. Removed — unreachable in production: - the 404 catch-all route + component: chrome's own NotFoundRoute handles unmatched paths; the app never receives non-root paths - the APP_NAVIGATION handler + useNavigate: ChromeLink fires APP_NAVIGATION only for intra-app navigation, and the landing app has no sub-nav — the handler could only ever re-navigate to `/` - Logout and Maintenance routes/components: starter-app leftovers; Logout was never routed, imported, or exposed; Maintenance had unreachable hardcoded template copy - icon-404 / icon-hourglass: orphaned with their routes Removed — unconsumed: - PermissionContext + the isOrgAdmin state and getUser effect feeding it: zero consumers - NotificationsProvider: zero consumers — no widget uses notifications and widgetLayout's notification Portal is props-fed from its own jotai atom, not this context - useCurrentUser / useLoaded hooks and the unused older recently-visited component: zero importers - AppEntry's pathName computation: computed, never read App collapses to its honest shape: Suspense + the Landing composition. The preview's MemoryRouter stays — widget stories need a router context for their Links (chrome's router is the ancestor in production). Verification: 16/16 test files (20/20 tests, all surviving stories green), fec build green, build-storybook green, eslint clean, npm ci dry-run 0 problems.
