Monsters no longer avoid fire/lightning wall tiles if they're already standing on one, meaning that melee monsters will still chase you even if completely surrounded by and taking damage from a wall skill (they used to just stand there and take damage without doing anything about it)

The "Vicious", "Spider's", and "of the bear" affixes should now spawn properly in shops
The "of the bear" suffix now has qlvl 25
The light radius affixes have had their qlvls modified, and the negative light radius affixes are now available in shops
Bovine Plate has been substantially nerfed (after all, the whole adventurer motif is a bit retro...maybe we should just focus on fashion instead?)
All valid unique items should now have an equal probability of dropping, fixing a bug where some unique items were impossible to drop
