Meeting 5 Summary

All team members have arrived.

1. Finishing Sprint0

As we move on to Sprint1, we have raised the remained issues from Sprint0 and:

• devided them between team members
• about the issue of 60% coverage - we are pretty close, each team member looked up in all of his unit-tests and fixed all tests that had a coverage less than 70%.
• we set 2018-11-21 at 23:59 pm to the deadline for compeltion of all Sprint0 remained issues.

2. Start planning Sprint1

We sat together and planned in high-level a schedule with tasks and estimations for the sprint:

• Sunday, 2018-25-11 , 19:00: team meeting of ~3 hours to start modeling the parking system:
  1. decision about main modules (non-userStory specific)
  2. schedule planning through all 5 weeks of the Sprint(excluding Hannukah)
  3. devision into teams (one team for each userStory)
  4. devision of issues\features among each team
  5. determining some work-principles with gitflow, spatanizer, etc.
• expectations for each week from now on:
  1. end of week I ,2018-11-28: basic modules are done + tested properly
  2. end of week II ,2018-12-12: each team's modules are done + tested properly
  3. end of week III ,2018-12-19: integration + tests for the integrated prototype
  4. end of week IV ,2018-12-24: working/half-working UI/web/GIS
  5. 2018\12\24-27: make sure everything is ok, handle unexpected problems, etc.
