Modified docker compose up so that it auto launches everything in tmux sessions. This simplifies the Getting Started process. Updated the docs to reflect this.
For developers to access containers individually for development, they can simply run
docker compose exec docker-robot-1 bashordocker compose exec isaac-sim bash.
