hi @tancheng, the test is running successfully now. I was not able to add it as a gate so far. 1) I do not see the yaml under "Require status checks to pass" for the ruleset setting. 2) And it is also saying that "Your rulesets won't be enforced on this private repository until your organization account admins upgrade this organization account to GitHub Team."

Can you share your settings from VectorCGRA? Do you think I have to make the original repo public under my account to fix the second issue?

That's my guess. I think it is okay to make them as public. But I do see your ci-acc-soc.yml is currently working.
