Yesterday: Fixed up sync PR. Started looking at Qt UI related things.

Today: Started to create scaffolding code for tickets #14 #15 (login and initial UI). Should have stuff to look at / screenies by end of tomorrow so people can see the WiP.

Yesterday: Got started with Nicholas on QT stuff, not much else
