SDK cassette generation docs

• Several issues related to YAML and JSON files. Would like to speak more w/ Kushal about it.
• (Kushal) Docs require significant changes, and process depends on the kind of test. Not all test data is generated in one go. I'll document tomorrow.

• SDK cassette generation investigation: all cassettes cannot be generated at the same time and require different qube setups - seems like right now you can add a new test fairly simply but regenerating cassettes after making an SDK API change requires a long manual process that needs to be documented.
• Requested screensharing hardware for Qubes
