Extra scans

Sadjad F Baygi edited this page Feb 26, 2023 · 6 revisions

Including extra scans from both sides of a chromatogram can result in a more accurate and reproducible baseline which depends on scatterness of local minima of the chromatogram. This approach ensures that the baseline is constructed using a sufficient number of data points, which can improve its reliability and consistency. However, it's important to note that including more scans can also increase the computational burden.
